Q: When do I deserve food?

A: Anytime, as long as enough of the following conditions are met:

  1. I’m really hungry
  2. I might get a migraine if I don’t have it
  3. I’m light-headed
  4. I’ve exercised enough
  5. I need it to get through some exercise
  6. I can’t get (back) to sleep without it
  7. Other people are eating
  8. Everyone else is eating
  9. It’s a normal meal-time
  10. I make a ‘healthy’ choice
  11. I haven’t had much food lately
  12. I haven’t had ‘bad’ food recently

Q: When do other people deserve food?

A: When they want food.
